Marsha Welch has taught art at Tall Oaks Classical School since 2011.  She became a Christian at a young age and attends Bible Fellowship Church of Newark where she serves on the worship team. Marsha married Neil Welch in 1999. Both she and her husband are native Delawareans. She loves to read and go to the beach. Marsha loves to create artwork, working mostly with fabric, and has designed much of her wardrobe.
