Amy Spangler
Fourth Grade TeacherB.A. Juniata College
Amy Spangler has taught elementary school for many years, both before and after being a stay-at-home mom. She has felt called to Christian ministry since committing her life to Christ in college. Since then she has been able to serve in a variety of places from short-term missions to women’s and children’s ministries at church, as well as, full-time Christian school teaching. Amy and her husband live in Pennsylvania with their Saint Bernard, a few chickens, and a pond full of frogs and fish. They have four nearly-grown children, three of whom are in college and one who teaches at Urban Promise Christian School. Amy loves gardening, hiking, singing, and getting away with her family. Amy hopes to one day visit the Galapagos Islands with her husband.
