Rhonda Norris began teaching in 1986 and has been at RLCA for twenty of those years.  After obtaining her certification in journalism through Boston University, Rhonda began free-lance writing. She enjoys music, reading, and quiet time at the ocean with her spouse.  Currently, she resides in Maryland with Mark, her husband of thirty-two years.
