Our main desire is to instill in young people a deep love for Jesus and His Word which equips them to “make disciples” in response to the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19). We seek to give God our best, not only spiritually but with academic excellence as well.

GCA offers weekly classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays for preschool through 12th grade in academic areas such as Bible, foreign language, language arts, math, science, social studies, and various electives.

Red Lion Christian Academy at Glasgow, partners with Red Lion Christian Academy to offer students in Grades 6th-12th access to DIAA competitive sports while allowing families to maintain their unique approach to education.

Jane Hoopman

GCA Leadership Committee

Jane Hoopman began homeschooling in 2003 and has worked at Glasgow Christian since 2005. Jane’s main duties include processing student registrations, sending weekly GCA communications, and teaching Latin. In high school, Jane was transformed by the Gospel and drawn to Jesus. Jane and her husband, John, worship and serve at Reach Church along with their three children: Connor (GCA class of 2016, LU class of 2020), Julia (GCA class of 2018) and Leah (GCA class of 2020). One day, Jane hopes to study horticulture, but for now, she enjoys reading and taking walks.
